UB School Correspondent Leaders Wanted!

Postby JamiMom on Thu Oct 18, 2007 1:54 pm

Are you good at keeping up with on-campus and library tutoring sessions? Do you read the website regularly? Do you talk to the other UBers often? Can you keep us informed of what's going on in your school?

Then we need YOU!

We'd like a School Correspondent/Team Leader in each county to remind everyone of upcoming meetings, website updates, activities, etc. Talk to the new students and encourage them to fully participate. (And you can be a new student to do this, too!) Keep me informed of information to add to the newsletter and use this forum to keep us all updated, too.

Let me know if you are interested!!

I already remind people when the meetings are, even though I be new. <3. Although some people forget over spring break.
Actually I think a majority of the Casey UB students remind each other. I know every time I see one they remind me. Because they be that awesome.
What kind of news do you want?

Casey County Correspondent

Hi, Melissa. That's great you're already involved and reminding everyone. Would you like to be the Casey correspondent? You're the first one to respond to my post! As for news, anything involving our students is great (band, sport, school play, etc.), or involving your school that you might to invite people to. I posted info yesterday about all of our kids in the band competition this Saturday. You decide!

Sure, I'll ask the Casey UB students if they have anything they want the rest of the program to know about.
